Alice Liddell,
inspiration for Alice in Wonderland
Alice Liddell was the inspiration to Charles Dodgson, (better known as Lewis Carroll) for the character of Alice (in Wonderland, and through the Looking Glass). He attended Richmond School in the 1840s.
